The Board of Secondary Education has decided to start the valuation of this year’s High School Certificate (HSC) Supplementary examination in Odisha from the first week of July.
Sources in the BSE said the valuation of papers either on July 3 or 4.
Around 1000 teachers would be engaged in the valuation at 11 centres.
“Efforts are on the announce the results in 15 days to enable the successful students to take admission in the Plus Two streams in the current academic session. Besides, steps have been taken to ensure error-free valuation”, said BSE president Prof Dakshya Prasad Nanda.
The examination which scheduled to be concluded on Saturday, had to be deferred to Monday due to the Odisha Bandh call by the Congress on Friday.
Around 18,000 students had appeared in the examination which had begun on June 22 at 61 centres.
