Shreemayee Mishra takes charge as OTDC head


Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal (BJD) leader Shreemayee Mishra today took charge as head of the Odisha Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC).

After assuming the office, she said that prominence will be given for development of tourism in the state.

She said that steps will be taken for women development through tourism.

Notably, Shreemayee Mishra was given new assignment as the OTDC chairperson in recent appointment by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.

Last week, the CM had appointed many BJD leaders to various posts of state-run public sector undertakings (PSUs) and government programnmes.
