Second Plus Three cut-off marks announced in Odisha

The second cut-off marks for admission in the Plus Three Sciences, Arts and Commerce streams for the 2015-16 academic session was announced in Odisha today.

admissionThe admission would be held from 9 AM to 5 PM between July 29 and 31 in 705 colleges of the state.

There are a total of 2,00,094 Plus Three seats in the state.

“We have asked the students to bring their original annual Plus Two mark sheet, migration certificate, High School Certificate and three passport sized photographs for verification during admission. Besides, they have been asked to take admission in the college of their choice they have been informed. If they don’t, they would be debarred from taking admission in the current academic session,” admission in-charge, Higher Education, Mihir Das told the media today.

He said the department has set up 464 SAMS centres in the state to help the students at the time of admission.

Students, who have been selected in the second phase admission, can also download their intimation letters from the website of the Higher Education department www.dheodisha.gov.in

“If there are any vacant seats in the colleges after the second phase admission, the colleges would announce a list selected candidates on August 5 for spot admission which will be held on August 6 while regular classes will start from August 7,” Das said.
