In a huge achievement in field of surgery, doctors successfully pulled out a live fish stuck in a youth’s throat in Odisha.

The entire credit goes to the senior consultant of ENT department Dr Sanjeev Gupta and his junior consultant Dr Suryakant Pradhan of Apollo Hospital in Bhubaneswar, who removed the fish from throat of a young man through surgery.

According to report, the fish accidentally went straight into mouth of the youth of Podadhia village in Balasore district while he was fishing on April 23. The condition of the patient is stable. He will be provided food through tube in next ten days, said Dr Gupta.
