Rains play spoilsport in AITA Men’s Ranking Tennis

    Incessant rains played spoilsport in the ongoing AITA Men’s Ranking Tennis Championship at the SOA University sports complex with only one match getting completed till late Tuesday afternoon.

    Top seed Chinmay Pradhan of Odisha defeated state-mate Santosh Kumar Mallik 6-1, 6-4 in the only match which could be played in the morning.

    In the matches played yesterday, second seed Mohammed Azhar and 8th seed Rohit Rampuria (both of Bengal), had fallen by the wayside against players ranked below them.
