Plus Two Exam: CCTVs stolen from exam centre in Odisha

Puri: With the Plus Two annual examination, conducted by Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), scheduled to begin tomorrow, two CCTV cameras have reportedly been stolen from an examination centre in Satapada of Puri district.

As per reports, some miscreants allegedly stole two CCTVs from the Panchayat (Junior) College of Education and Technology, Satapada late last night. A complaint has been lodged at Satapada police outpost in this connection.

The police have initiated an inquiry into the incident, source added.

After Matric exam question papers viral and OMR sheet missing, now CCTV theft from examination centre just a day before commencement of the exam appears to be a major challenge for officials concerned.

Worth mentioning, the annual exam for Science and Commerce streams will begin tomorrow while the Arts exam will commence on March 7.
