Cuttack, Sept 3:
Barabati stadium in Odisha’s millennium city will host a T20 match instead of a one-day international between India and West Indies on October 22.
Making an announcement to this effect here this afternoon, honourary secretary of Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) Asirbad Behera said the Board of Cricket for Control in India (BCCI) has decided to shift the one-day international match between India and West Indies at Barabati Stadium scheduled on October 14 as the OCA failed to provide accommodation for 250 members.
“The BCCI, most probably has shifted the one-dayer to Delhi while the T20 match scheduled in Delhi has been shifted to Barabati stadium and that would be played on October 22”, Behera said.
