New Delhi, Sep 11:
Sanjeeb Kumar Mishra, secretary in the Information Technology (IT) department of Odisha government, suffered a brain stroke on Wednesday evening.
Mishra was immediately rushed to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), where he was operated on. His condition is now stable, hospital sources said.
The 1997 batch IAS officer, who is also the Chairman of Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC), suffered a complete black out as he was moving towards his vehicle after attending a meeting at the central secretariat last evening.
He was to have left for Malaysia on official business today.
