Plus two examinations in Odisha will be held in the first week of March, 2016, while practical exams will be in the month of January. The practical exams will be held within 10 days starting from January 20, Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) has announced.
Forms for Plus two ex-regular students will be available from 1st October and the council aims to finish the form fill-up process by October 30th. Form fill-up of regular students will start from November 16th and end by 3rd December. Regular students will fill up their forms online, the CHSE revealed.
A council meeting has been conducted to discuss the issues. There will be E-evaluation of the papers; the council is evaluating the infrastructure of the colleges before choosing evaluation centres. The principals of colleges have been asked to give an infrastructural report to the council. Colleges having 50 to 100 computers will be made evaluation centres.
CHSE chairman Basudev Chattoi has said that here will be one evaluation centre in every district. He also said that the exams will be conducted according to academic calendar and all the college heads have been sent letters by the council. He said that talks were on with Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC) for online form fill up of ex-regular students.
