A database will be prepared about detailed information of the students going on study tour. The students’ parents name, address, mobile number, contact number and email will be mentioned in the database. A copy of the details will also be given to the student.
The students need to get permission from their parents for the study tour. It will be mandatory that a senior teacher will accompany the students for the study tour. An experienced woman teacher will visit with the girl students.
