Odisha govt issues guidelines for Plus Two exams

Odisha Sun Times Bureau
Bhubaneswar, Jan 18:

To ensure smooth conduct of annual Plus Two examinations scheduled to begin from March 2, the Odisha government has issued guidelines to all the colleges.

As per the standard operating procedure (SOP), issued by the Higher Education department, the question papers will be sent to all the examination hubs two days before the examinations from where they will be sent to the colleges between 6 AM to 9 AM on the day of examination.

After the question papers are arrived at the colleges, the centre superintendent will open them in presence of the invigilator and observer before 15 minutes of the test.

The question papers would be kept under CCTV with 24-hour police surveillance in all the hubs.

The supervisors in charge of the hub will be responsible if the CCTV fails to function.
