Odisha Congress expels 19 leaders for ‘anti-party’ activities

Bhubaneswar: The All India Congress Committee (AICC) today expelled as many as 19 leaders from Odisha for anti-party activities.

Upon approval of AICC General Secretary and Odisha in-charge Jitendra Singh, temporary in-charge of Odisha TS Singh Deo, Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee president Niranjan Patnaik, as many as 19 leaders have been expelled for their involvement in anti-party activities, OPCC general secretary Biswajit Das said in a release.

The expelled leaders are: Makaranda Muduli, Sandhu Charan Majhi, Joseph Bhadra, Gajendra Nayak, Ambika Majhi, Nilakantha Jhodia, Ruai Majhi, Dr Tirupati Panigrahi, Gabhara Tirupati Rao, Akhil Kumar Patra, Krushnachandra Dora, Sasanam Balaraju, Madapala Krishna Rao, Himanshu Lima, Ganju Gomango, Kishore Chandra Pradhan, Yudhisthir Badamundi, S Gajapati Rao and Krushnachandra Behera.
