The Odisha Cabinet will discuss about the recommendation for 15 proposals at a meeting here on Tuesday.
The meeting, to be presided over by chief minister Naveen Patnaik, would begin at the State Secretariat at 11 AM.
Of the 15 proposals, the meeting would discuss about creation of a separate department for the physically challenged, formulation of a specific rule for laying underground telephone cables, reports of commissions of inquiry and provisions for allotment of land for government institutes.
However, the ministers would be apprised of the specific agenda to be discussed at the meeting before the commencement of the meeting today, official sources said.
