Baleswar, Nov 14:
India on Friday successfully test-fired its nuclear-capable surface-to-surface anti-ballistic Prithvi-II missile from the Integrated Test Range (ITR) at Chandipur-on-sea in Odisha’s Baleswar district this morning.
The indigenously developed missile with a maximum range of 350 km was test-fired at 10.41 AM.
“The test was successful. It was a text book launch,” said ITR director MVKV Prasad
The test was a part of the regular training exercise by the Indian armed forces.
