Kendrapara: Two miscreants in the guise of customers today looted gold ornaments worth around Rs 20 lakh from a jewelry shop at a market complex at Rajanagar here in Odisha’s Kendrapara district.
The incident took place at around 10.00 am at Mahabir Bazaar when the jewelry shop owner Narayan Kund of Bantapatna village was showing the jewelries to two alleged miscreants.
According to reports, the two-bike borne miscreants had asked the store owner of ‘Srimati Alankar’ jewelry shop for the pendants.
