It was an Utkal Divas celebration with a difference. Instead of the usual pomp and ceremony that mark the occasion, Dhamra Port celebrated the day with a large number of vision, speech and hearing impaired children from Bhadrak district.
A function was organized within the port premises on Tuesday in which nearly 200 differently children from two residential schools – namely, Binapani Hellen Kellar Special School for Blind, Deaf and Dumb and the Mahaveer School for Deaf and Dumb – in Bhadrak participated.
