The accused Prabash Samal of Nayapalli, who was absconding since the day of the broad-day light murder, was nabbed from the city by the Nayapalli police and forwarded to the local court today.
Samal was involved in the murder conspiracy along with four others, who are now in Jharpada Jail, police said.
