Cricket lovers in Odisha have reasons to rejoice. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) today decided to conduct one more match of the ongoing Indian Premiere League (IPL) tournament at Barabati stadium in Cuttack of Odisha.
Sources in the Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) said the BCCI, in a letter, has informed OCA that a match between the Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders, earlier scheduled at Kolkata, would be now played at Barabati Stadium on May 14.
The BCCI had earlier allotted two matches at Barabati Stadium.
While the first match between Kings XI Punjab and Chennai Super Kings was held last night, another match would be held between Kings XI Punjab and Kolkata Knight Riders on May 11.
