Bhubaneswar: The Odisha unit of the BJP today launched Vijay Sankalp Yatra, party’s election campaign, across the state ahead of the Lok Sabha and Assembly polls.
The campaign was initiated in all the 147 Assembly constituencies of the state. The party has planned to organise public meetings and hold rallies in all constituencies in a bid to ensure formation of BJP government at Centre and the State, said party general secretary Bhrugu Baxipatra.
At least 50 roadside meetings will be organised in each of the constituency during the week-long campaign. Welfare measures undertaken by the Narendra Modi government will be highlighted at the meetings, party sources said.
