Bhubaneswar, Sep 19:
Diptiranjan Patnaik, prime accused in the brutal murder of Bachansudha Pattanayak, wife of a city-based businessman at her residence on September 11, underwent a psycho analysis test on Thursday.
The test was conducted by Dr Asha Srivastav of the New Delhi-based Forensic Test Laboratory.
Diptiranjan, who was arrested three days after the incident, had confessed to his crime. However, to elicit more information from the accused, the commissionerate police had decided to conduct a psycho analysis test.
The police will go for another round of interrogation after it receives the report of the test.
