As part of its fight to give justice to chit fund scam victims and to ensure that no depositor is cheated in future, the Arthika Sanstamanankadwara Kshatigrastanka Milita Mancha (ASKMM), an outfit fighting for duped chit fund depositor, would hold a mass convention at coastal Odisha town of Balasore tomorrow.

Duped chit fund investors from four districts– Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar and Bhadrak– will congregate at the Gandhi Smruti Bhawan to raise their voice against the false promises made by the state government to return money to the depositors.

Issues and interests of the investors of the four districts would be discussed in detail in the convention demanding ouster of chit fund panel head Madan Mohan Das, said ASKMM Convenor Jayanta Das.

Two advisers of ASKMM, Soumya Ranjan Patnaik and Rabi Das, leaders of BJP, Congress, SP, JMM, various organizations and civil society members including people from all walks of life will join the convention, he concluded.
