The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has recently launched a new chat box AskDisha on its official website, which helps travellers resolve their queries promptly.
Disha (Digital Interaction to Seek Help Anytime) is the only Government body to launch a digital interaction to resolve various issues of customers. It is live and can be accessed on IRCTC’S official website www.irctc.co.in.
Sources said the chatbot has so far resolved over two million queries of customers from 186 countries in seven weeks.
The IRCTC ChatBot AskDISHA comes with features like zero waiting time for the query to get answered, 24×7 service, auto-reply facility, ability to multitask along with great accuracy and speed.
The chatbot has been jointly developed by IRCTC and a startup named CoRover.
IRCTC is off one of the most visited websites in the country with over 4 million daily users.
