A total of 44,421 students cleared the Odisha Joint Entrance Examinations (OJEE) results of which were announced here this morning.
The results were announced by Employment and Technical Education and Training (ET&T) minister Sanjay Das Burma at the State Secretariat conference hall at 11.30 AM in the presence of OJEE chairman Tusharkant Nath, secretary and senior officials of the ET&T officials.
As per the results, 8458 students in Ayurveda and Homoeopathy, 8540 in Pharmacy, 6481 in MBA, 1669 in MCA, 16,198 in Lateral B.Tech, 3021 in M.Tech, 1028 in Lateral Entry MCA, 240 in Lateral Entry Pharmacy, 14 in M.Arch, 44 in M. Plan and 81 in M.MAN have cleared the test.
Counselling for admission would begin from June 16.
A total of 46,166 students had appeared in the OJEE at 78 centres in 19 towns and cities in the state on May 10.
The examinations were held for admission in Pharmacy, Ayurvedic, Homoeopathic, Lateral Entry B.Tech, MBA, MCA, MCA Lateral Entry, M.Plan, M. Arch and M.Tech streams.
About 18,000 students had applied for Lateral Entry Engineering, 7585 for MBA, 3100 for MCA and MCA Lateral Entry, 11,500 for Pharmacy, Ayurveda and Homoeopathy and 3700 for M. Tech.
