Flute maestro and Hindustani classical musical connoisseur Bansuri Samrat Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia will share his life in music on February 14 at Rabindra Mandap in Odisha capital.
The unique musical evening–‘Hari Rang Hari Sang’– organized to mark the completion of five years of ‘Vrindaban Gurukul’ in Bhubaneswar will witness the maestro speaking on his inspiring life in music and music in his life.
An innovative musical show ‘Hari Rang Hari Sang’ which will be on play for the first time in Odisha which had earlier been performed in metros including Mumbai, Pune and Delhi. The flute exponent instead of playing any music through his magnificent bamboo instrument would rather talk and respond to the several memories of his musical life, along with beautiful Odia and Bollywood music.
The expert will share some interesting anecdotes and experiences from his earlier days in Odia and Hindi film industry during the event in the cultural capital of the state.
The students of the ‘Vrindaban Gurukul’ are all set to enthrall the music lovers through their mesmerizing performance at ‘Hari Rang Hari Sang’. ‘Vrindaban Gurukul’, the brain child of Panditji has witnessed a glorious journey of five years at Bhubaneswar. ‘Vrindaban Gurukul’, a ‘Vaikunth’ like place for the enthusiastic students interested in learning music from North East, East, Central and other regions of India and students who do not manage to get a place in the Mumbai Gurukul.
