Polling officer detained for asking voters to vote for BJD

A polling officer of Jagannathprasad polling booth under Khandapada Assembly constituency in Odisha was detained today by the police for asking voters to vote for the ruling BJD.

Angry voters thrashed the erring polling official before handing him over to the police, reports said.
