Bhubaneswar, May 9:
Results of the annual Plus Two examinations in Odisha, conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), are most likely to be announced on May 30.
“While evaluation of Arts, Science, Commerce and Vocational papers in 43 centres has been completed, evaluation of only 600 papers is underway in four centres. After the evaluation of these remaining papers, the process would be completed by May 10 and the results are likely to be announced on May 30”, said a senior CHSE official on condition of anonymity.
It may be mentioned that though there was a delay in the form fill-up process this year, the annual examinations were held in time and peacefully.
The evaluation of papers that had begun in 47 centres, got delayed due to the two-phase elections in the state on April 10 and 17.
The official, however, said while the evaluation process has been delayed by 10 days, the results are most likely to be announced by May 30.
It may be recalled that the CHSE chairman Dr Basudeb Chhatoi had earlier announced that the results would be announced in the first week of June.
