Bhubaneswar, Feb 11:
Ahead of the proposed meeting with the Health secretary this evening about fulfillment of its demands, the Odisha Medical Services Association (OMSA) today expressed scepticism about the outcocme of the meeting.
“We have planned to meet the Health secretary in the evening. But going by the attitude of the government, there is very little possibility that the meeting would find any solution to our demands,” said Dr Kishore Chandra Mishra, general secretary of the Association.
Mishra said OMSA had deliberated extensively on its future course of action at a meeting earlier in the day.
The Association has been on a strike for the last two weeks for the fulfillment of their demands.
