Odisha to propose 37 more seats in 3 govt medical colleges

The Odisha government will submit a proposal to the Medical Council of India (MCI) for an increase of 37 seats in super speciality courses in the three premiere medical colleges and hospital in the state.

Sources in the Health department said, a decision has been taken to introduce PG courses at the Acharya Harihar Cancer Research Institute at Cuttack.

After the approval of the aforesaid proposals of the state health department by the MCI, the super speciality courses would be introduced, the sources added.
