Bhubaneswar, Jun 27:
Odisha Chief Minister’s grievance cell will be operational full-fledged from July 4 which was closed since April 18 in view of the intense heat wave conditions prevailing in the state during that time.
According to Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), the Chief Minister’s grievance cell and district unit cells will be operational from July 4.
It may be recalled that the gruelling summer had forced the state government to close the Chief Minister’s grievance cell and instructed the District Collectors and Superintendents of Police to shut their complaint hearing cells from April 18 till further orders.
However, complaints were received over phone and e-mail during the period. Notably, the grievance cells meet on Mondays to hear the complaints of the people.
