Bhubaneswar, Dec 5:
Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today wished his Tamil Nadu counterpart J Jayalalithaa a speedy recovery as she suffered a cardiac arrest yesterday evening.
Patnaik took to mirco-blogging site Twitter to express his concern for the ailing AIADMK chief who was admitted to Apollo Hospitals, Chennai on September 22 night.
Saddened by news about cardiac arrest of Chief Minister, TamilNadu Selvi J Jayalalithaa, my wishes and prayers for her speedy recovery

Jayalalithaa was admitted to the private hospital with fever and dehydration late in the night and was under expert medical supervision.
Almost ten days later on October 2, the Hospital said that the Chief Minister was being treated for infection and is responding well to treatment.
However on October 10, Hospital told media that Jayalalithaa is under ‘respiratory support’. Following this, Jayalalithaa handed over state Finance Minister portfolio to O Panneerselvam two days later.
The doctors had told that she has recovered and can be discharged from the hospital at her will. The party leaders yesterday reportedly told media that Jayalalithaa will return home “soon” as an AIIMS expert team has confirmed that she has completely recovered. Hours later the Tamil Nadu CM suffers a cardiac arrest.
She has been put on ventilator support and her condition continues to be critical.
Jayalalithaa ‘remains in a grave situation despite our best efforts’, Sangita Reddy, Executive Director of Apollo Group said.
