Bhubaneswar, Dec 6:
Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) contractor Sanjay Mishra appeared before the CBI today for the second time in two days. He went into the office at 11.55 am.
He is likely to be interrogated by the CBI about OCA’s financial transactions with the Artha Tatwa (AT) group of companies, a major player in the Odisha chit fund scam.
Mishra, along with OCA accountant Md Ahad and auditor Basanta Behera, were summoned by the CBI yesterday too. But they were asked to leave in the evning after being made to wait for their turn to be interrogated all day as local CBI officials were busy confabulating with their visiting seniors – joint director Rrajiv Singh and DIG S Bagchi – about the road map for the invesigation in the case for the better part of the day.
It is, however, not yet clear if Ahad and Behera would appear before CBI today.
