Senior Odisha Congress leader and Bolangir MLA Narasingha Mishra was admitted to the ICU ward of the Apollo Hospital in the city here on Monday.
According to reports, Mishra, who was scheduled to attend the election of the new Odsisha Speaker at the State Assembly, suddenly felt uneasy. He was rushed to the Apollo Hospital where he was admitted in the ICU ward.
Following information, two ministers—Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak and Prafulla Kumar Mallick—visited to the hospital in the evening and discussed about Mishra’s health condition with the attending doctors .
Mishra;s condition is stable and the doctors at the hospital will take a final call today on his discharge from the hospital, sources said.
Mishra had gone to the Apollo Hospital for a check-up on Sunday night after he felt uneasy but was advised to take rest at home.
