Most parts of Odisha experienced moderate to heavy rainfall under the influence of a low pressure today.
The local Met office in a release this evening said the rainfall recorded in the last 24 hours was highest in Paradip with 65.2 mm followed by Chandbali (62.7), Bhubaneswar (45.2), Cuttack (48.4), Gopalpur (25.6), Puri (46.4), Angul (35.2), Jharsuguda (38.3), Keonjhar (55.7), Sundargarh (32), Hirakud (15), Talcher (35), Bhawanipatna (12), Phulbani (15.5), Sonepur (12), Daringbadi (15) and Dhenkanal (18).
The Met office has said there would be no change in the weather condition till July 31 as most parts of the state would experience widespread rainfall with heavy to very heavy rainfall at some places in the north, south and interior pockets during the period.
