Five IRB jawans critically injured in crude bomb attack in Odisha; hospitalized

At least five jawans of the Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB) have been critically injured in a crude bomb attack on them at around 10 PM this evening at Badapokharia village in Odisha’s Khordha district, reports said.

The injured jawans have been admitted to the district headquarters hospital here, the reports added.

Reportedly, the jawans were injured when some miscreants hurled crude bombs on them.

While the police have reached the spot and are investigating the matter, it’s not yet clear who has hurled the bombs on the jawans and why.
