Forum for Integrated Development and Research (FIDR), a non-profit body, is on the lookout for smart and forward looking individuals to join its efforts at expanding its Information and Communication Technology (ICT) programs at the grassroots, specifically in the western parts of Odisha including Kalahandi district to provide ‘better skills and employability’ to the local youths.
In a release, the FIDR president Charudutta Panigrahi said they need Program Persons with passion, energies to work tenaciously among the communities, articulation to write about and present their work well, objectivity to measure what they would do and most significantly want to change lives of the low-income communities.
FIDR is also open to receiving profiles of persons who want to work in other parts of Odisha and while professional qualifications like PGRM, MBA, MSW are preferable it is not the only criteria, the release said, adding, there is no age limit provided the applicant has the energy to live and work amongst the communities.
“Work experiences if any, can be shared with us and if there is no experience, the candidate needs to express the drive to “create” good experience for oneself, at least. Either ways we are open to discussions.” Panigrahi said in the release.
