Cuttack: To spread the message of peace and friendship, a team of eight cycling enthusiasts set off for Kathmandu-Nepal’s capital from the historic Barabati Fort today.
These cyclists, who are participating in Kataka Kathmandu K2K International Cycling Trip 2017 organized by Bhubaneswar Cycling and Adventure Club – BCAC, target to cover 1450 km in 12 days and reach the Nepalese capital on October 9.
“Apart from attracting people to cycling, this trip organized by Bhubaneswar Cycling and Adventure Club aims to spread the message of peace and friendship between India and Nepal,” stated expedition’s team leader and senior IPS officer Sanjeev Panda.
