Rootz group is an effort by three non-resident Odias who work in the IT sector in Hyderabad, dedicated to promote Odia cuisine and culture and give Odias away from home an opportunity to keep their taste buds from missing the aroma and flavour of the food from back home. Rootz has already conducted two such fests in Hyderabad this year. With over 500 people turning up for our flagship event in Bangalore, we are thrilled at the response, ” said Sunil Patnaik, founder of Rootz.
