With the success of its newly launched car Amaze and consistent increase in monthly sales volume during the April-July quarter this year, Honda Cars India Limited (HCIL) has set a target to double its business in Odisha in the current fiscal.

“The company is planning to open a dealership in Rourkela which, along with the two existing ones in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar, would help achieve the target”, HCIL senior vice-president (Marketing & Sales) Jnaneswar Sen told reporters here on Friday.

He said that company has 154 facilities in 98 cities and is further strengthening its after sales network in Tier II and III cities to 162 outlets in 102 cities during the current fiscal.
